What Shipping Methods Are Available?

GERONIMO BOY uses EMS International to deliver all orders direct from our warehouse in Bali.

You will be sent an online tracking number once your purchase has been sent.

Please be mindful to check your JUNK/SPAM e-mail folder for notifications from GERONIMO BOY. 

GERONIMO BOY offers FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on all items purchased over $200.

GERONIMO BOY offers a flat rate shipping cost of $25 – Please note that international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country.

Make sure your confirm your CURRENT postal address with your order. Ie. Your address as registered with paypal.

Refund & Exchange

All of our Geronimo Boy products are handmade by local artisans in Bali, Indonesia so we can not accept returns on goods unless they are for some reason faulty on arrival.

– NO Exchange or Refund is available on any of our Silver Collection items.

– NO Exchange or Refund on any orders for Change of mind.

Damaged/ Faulty Item

We make sure all items are thoroughly checked prior to being sent, however we will replace any item that arrives damaged/faulty provided you notify us of the items conditions within 48 hours of receiving the order. We ask you send an image of the damage to the e-mail address provided as proof that the item you received is damaged!

Once the damage is confirmed we can refund the cost of the item OR issue you a replacement item at your request. If we can see the item has been used or damaged by the customer we CAN NOT issue you a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable for the natural wear and tear of an item once it is in your possession.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Depending on which option you choose this will be  processed via E-Way or Paypal. (You do not need to sign up for a Paypal account to pay with Paypal).

What If An Item Is Sold Out?

On occasion, items may sell out, or restocking may be delayed. We’re sorry in advance if that happens. GERONIMO BOY is a very small operation, and while we do our best to run a tight ship, occasional hiccups are inevitable. The best way to find out when your item is back in stock (or to hear about future shop updates) is to join our mailing list.

How Often Do You Re-Stock?

With the exception of limited editions and one-off found items, we re-stock on an as-needed basis. We make every effort to ensure that all items are in stock at all times, but unavoidable delays sometimes happen.

May I Reserve / Hold An Item?

We apologise, but in fairness to the rest of our customers, we cannot reserve items at this time. However once an item has been added to your cart, it is reserved for up to 45mins for you to complete your order.

Where Are You Located?

GERONIMO BOY is primarily based in Bali, Indonesia. Due to the nature of the business we are also known to spend a lot of time both on the road and overseas sourcing & producing new items.

Unfortunately, we haven’t tidied up enough to accept visitors, but we love receiving happy surprises in the post, so feel free to contact us that way, or via e-mail, Facebook or instagram.

Leather Product Care Information

CHARACTERISTICS OF LEATHER

Leather is a natural material and therefore inconsistency of colour and texture is a unique characteristic. Leather is designed to age with wear, and may fade and soften over time.

Geronimo Boy uses leather with a particularly soft hand feel. It is important to note that in order to achieve this suppleness, the leather is more prone to softening and stretching over time and extra care should be taken with these types of bags. Light colour leather is prone to absorbing other dye stuffs it comes into contact with, so please take care when wearing items like denim with a light coloured bag. When allowed to build up, grime, dust, body oils and food stains can breakdown the coatings which may change the condition and appearance of your leather item.

CARE TIPS

To keep your leather products looking their best, please follow the steps below.

1. PROTECTION
All leather should be protected before wearing. A good protector should also be applied regularly to help resist the effects of daily soiling. Remember to cover any embellishments such as metal and beading when spraying the protector. Spraying with a good protector will help to prevent light color leathers absorbing unstable dye stuffs such as denim, but this is not guaranteed . Always take extra care when wearing light colored bags with dark denim.
2. CLEANING
Most leather can be cleaned but it is important to find the correct cleaner for your leather item. Please visit your local shoe repairer to find the most suitable product. Always test it first and remember to protect your item again after cleaning.
3. STORING
We recommend storing your leather items in our Geronimo Boy cover bag when not in use. Never store any leather items in plastic as they cannot breathe and always store them in a cool, dry place away from heat.
